E126: Surviving The Walking Dead

In this episode, hosts Aaron and Jason discuss survival lessons of The Walking Dead.

Yes, after a fair amount of scheming and cajoling, Aaron managed to get Jason to watch The Walking Dead. And now the two discuss the deeper points of surviving in a post-apocalyptic world.

What they uncover: The most important survival resource.

If you’re new, Aaron and Jonathan are obsessed with good zombie books. They devour the books, you might say. But Jason is a holdout… or was a holdout.

Now, the dead walking may seem far fetched and silly to some preppers. In fact, some outright hate the topic.

But the scenario presents one of the harshest and most difficult protagonists to overcome: An enemy whose ranks grow as your’s plummet, an adversary who knows no fear, and a problem that can only be resolved through total destruction and eradication. Can you think of a more challenging situation to survive?

So it’s not about fiction and fanciful childishness. Zombies present one of the ultimate things for war gaming survival.
