HSGI Double Decker Tactical TACO
Meet the High Speed Gear Double Decker TACO®. It’s happy to have you stick two things at once into its mouth.
One of the parts of tactical class I most enjoy is seeing other peoples’ gear. Often attendees look like a pack of monkeys looking each other over for bugs. But instead, they’re looking at pieces of kit.
During Death Valley Magazine’s Mobile Scout with James Price, I discovered the High Speed Gear belt-mounted magazine TACOs attached to a retired Marine. Fortunately, he didn’t mind my picking too much.
HSGI TACOs are said to be highly modular and more forgiving than kydex. Plus, they’re silent. And their TACOs will hold things besides magazines like a multi-tool.
Form the manufacturer:
Both Taco pouches are made of Cordura, an injection molded polymer and shock-cord. The pouches both maintain a positive, adjustable grip of the mag and do not require any other securing systems unless desired. Webbing tabs are sewn in on the top for use of “over the top” bungee retainers (not included). Additional loop Velcro® is sewn in the inside of the rifle pouch if the user wishes to utilize adhesive backed hook Velcro on his magazine body for added security.
Covered by HSGI’s® Lifetime Warranty. Made in the USA.
