EDC for Urban Survival is only slightly different from rural or wilderness EDC in that space and being “Grey” are more of a concern.

EDC stands for Everyday Carry. Simply put, they are the items you carry with you everyday. In the context of Survival, they are the things you carry with you everyday to help you survive the unexpected.These items might include such things as:

  • Fire Starter
  • Water Bottle
  • Energy Bar
  • Means of Self Defense
  • Cell Phone
  • Flashlight
  • Digital Information Packet
  • Basic First Aid

Quick tip about flashlights and EDC bags. Put the flashlight in the same place everytime so you can find it in the dark.
