In The Rabbit Hole believes strongly in treating our readers and listeners the way we would want to be treated.

We promise never to sell your user information, EVER.

We promise not to fill your inbox with useless crap, EVER.

We promise to provide an easy and convenient method for unsubscribing from all communications, ALWAYS!

If you feel we have sent useless emails to your inbox, please let us know right away. We will carefully evaluate what we have sent you and make a note of the needed changes.

Our emails deliver information to keep listeners, readers, and viewers informed of news and offers relating to In The Rabbit Hole. Our emails are provided by request for inclusion from the user. (i.e. You ask for inclusion by requesting information from us.)

All requests to unsubscribe are handled through our Email Service Provider. And every email we send does and is required to contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This link provides you with a self-service way of opting out. Additionally, we do not use a jump-through-a-bunch-of-asshat-hoops; it’s one page one button for subscribers to opt-out. We also honor replies to emails requesting to be removed; though it’s faster if you do it yourself.

If you would like any and all data purged, let us know. We will expunge you from our records and submit requests to the third-party service providers we use who also may have information about you.

How Email Addresses are Collected and Used

When you submit a form on our website we get your email address. (That’s kind of how those work, ya know.)

If you use the contact form, we reply to your email. And we reply to your reply if it is warranted.

If you request a special download or course, we email you access to the item you requested. You are then added to our email list and will receive updates. At all times you are in control of your ability to unsubscribe.

If you make a purchase from us, we will email you updates about your purchase. You will also be added to our email list and will receive updates. At all times you are in control of your ability to unsubscribe.

The Purge

Every twenty-four months, In The Rabbit Hole conducts an email list purge. Any contact in our system who has not opened an email for twenty-four months or more is deleted from our systems. Occasionally, an email may be sent to these low/no activating contacts informing them of their impending deletion and offering an opportunity to say subscribed.
