ITRH Urban Survival Podcast is a show dedicated to preparedness, self reliance, self sufficiency, and all related topics. Knowledgable individuals--like yourself--often come on the show to share information. It's one of the best ways to reach more people about the topic you're passionate about.
We'd love to talk with you about coming on our show. To do that we will need a little information about you.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the form below. It helps us who you are, what you do, and what we can do to make it a memorable interview for you and our listeners.
DO NOT SKIP. READ CAREFULLY.
Our show is not an informercial. Period.
You will be required to submit five questions you think would make a great interview below. This helps us craft the best interview for you and gives us a sense of who you are, what we'll be talking about, and shows that you are sincere about the topic.
Your five questions must convey that you are genuinely interested in educating people on a survival related topic. In turn, we will do our best to make sure our audience is aware of your product(s) and or service(s).
Note that the following things will get your entry marked as SPAM and ignored:
- * You fail to submit AT LEAST 5 questions.
- * Your 5 questions are promotional instead of educational.
- * Your 5 questions are the same thing you've said over and over in other interviews.
- * Your 5 questions have anything to do with cast for or production of a reality TV show. Exception: You are/were a participant and NOT part of production.
We put a lot of time and effort into our interviews in order to respect your time and the time of our listeners.
If your assistant submitted the questions and you show up unprepared to answer them, we will end the interview and toss any recordings. (Yes, this has happened.)
We work very hard to provide the best audio experience for listers of our show. To help facilitate this, guests are expected to be in a quiet place free of:
- * distractions
- * children
- * pets
- * and other things that make noise.
All that being said, we know none of those things above needed to be said. Right? You are, after all, awesome with great things to share and respect other peoples' time.
Some notes about being on the show:
Plan on spending roughly 1 1/2 hours with us. This gives us time to record and time for a prerecording and post recording chat.
We prefer guests use Skype with a decent microphone for the interview. Our Skype calls will be audio only, not video, to ensure clear audio.
Guests having a dedicated high quality microphone is preferred. But it is not required.
If you do not have a microphone and would like to ensure you present your best with our audience, here are two low cost options we suggest:
But again, this is not a requirement for being a guest.
If you really don't want to use Skype that's ok. We can accommodate phone interviews, if necessary.
We'll be a lot more fun to talk to than this page might read. That wraps up with you need to know. So let's get started...
