I use Google Docs (http://docs.google.com) to store my important documents. It is free, all you need is a Gmail account. The good thing is that you will have them offsite, so if there is a flood, hurricane or tornado you don't need to worry about any documents.

If you are concerned about Google reading your wills and trusts then encrypt the documents with PGP. PGP its free and is used by banks and insurance companies to exchange sensitive information. You can download it from http://www.gnupg.org/download/. The PGP program is a little difficult to setup, make sure to read the manual here http://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual.html#INTRO
