It is free, all you need is a Gmail account. The good thing is that you will have them offsite, so if there is a flood, hurricane or tornado you don't need to worry about any documents. If you are concerned about Google reading your wills and trusts then encrypt the documents with PGP. PGP its free and is used by banks and insurance companies to exchange sensitive information. You can download it from http://www.gnupg.org/download/.
