Ethics & Practices

We pride ourselves on our ethics and practices. This is why when we build a site, we make it as simple as possible for an alternate vendor to work on the sites we build should, at a later date, you decide to go with an alternate vendor. How far do we go to make customers feel at ease? Once a design is completed and approved to be deployed, we not only upload the site, but we also upload an archive of ALL of the original artwork that went into designing your site. In certain cases that call for it, we also upload a "Read Me" file in the archive that explains anything that may not be self evident to a future designer/developer such as fonts used, references to any stock photography used, ect.

Backup

There are three backups made for every site we do. Once a site has been deployed all files and artwork are keep in an active file for 6 months should changes need to be made. After 6 months of in activity we archive the files to a local storage drive. Second, as mentioned before, an archive of the sites original artwork and files are uploaded to the server the site lives on. Third, you receive a CD or DVD (depending on size of archive) with all the files and original artwork used.

Why go to such lengths?

As we said, we want all of our customers to feel as comfortable about doing business with us as possible. We never want a customer to feel "married to us", after all you have enough to worry about just trying to run your business.

In addition, 99% of our customers come from referrals. So keeping the customers we have happy, safe, and satisfied is what keeps us in business and new customers asking us to build their sites!
